Great clock for the outside patio/pool area. This is my second one as we had purchased one years ago for another home and it is still working today after many years of oceanside weather beating down on it. Great value when purchased through Amazon. You'll pay much higher prices elsewhere.

The Chaney metal clock/thermometer that I purchased to hang outside near my arbor is very nice. I can see it from a distance when I am working outside and, as I don't wear a wristwatch, it is extremely useful. It coordinates with other aged metal accessories and lighting that I already had in place.Chaney Instrument 18-Inch Aged Metal Clock and Thermometer

It was a gift for my sister and she loved it. She has had it for a year now and hasn't had any problems. Easy to read, looks great and keeps great time. Useful temperature dial at the bottom.

For those who have had issues with this clock, this link explains everything about radio controlled clocks http://tf.nist.gov/stations/radioclocks.htm, hope it helps, I'm glad I read this first because it is very knowledgeable information.

Only had the clock for two weeks, but it looks great and can be seen from all angles of the yard and pool area. Easy to set and so far keeps great time and temperature.
